5. Advertiser Terms

If you are an advertiser using our Platform, you agree to the following additional terms:

5.1 Listing Requirements

All advertisements and listings must:

• Accurately represent the advertised product, service, or opportunity
• Not contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not promote illegal activities or harmful products

5.2 Payment Terms

Advertising fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with notice to existing advertisers.

5.3 Content Approval

We reserve the right to review, modify, or reject any advertisement at our sole discretion. We may remove any advertisement that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by EarnifyHub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

The Platform may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Platform.

By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights
• Your User Content does not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material

Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by EarnifyHub. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.

9. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER EARNIFYHUB NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH EARNIFYHUB MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER EARNIFYHUB NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH EARNIFYHUB REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

EARNIFYHUB DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC EARNINGS, INCOME, OR FINANCIAL RESULTS FROM USING THE PLATFORM OR ANY THIRD-PARTY OPPORTUNITIES LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EARNIFYHUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EarnifyHub, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Platform's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Platform.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or delete your account through the account settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Platform.
